The Engagement Strategy Workshop
In this 1-2 day interactive working session, we’ll help your team develop an effective engagement strategy. Together, we’ll identify your most critical engagement challenges and create an action plan to meet those challenges by developing a caring leadership model, taking the critical “first steps” to build momentum, and deploying the programs, practices, and messaging necessary to hardwire the desired change.
